Hobo Casserole


1 lb Lean Ground Beef

Salt and Pepper, to taste

1 Small Yellow Onion, diced

4 Medium Russet Potatoes, peeled and sliced

8 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated

1 (10 oz) Can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 (10 oz) Can Cream of Potato Soup

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

¼ Cup Milk

1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning

⅓ Cup Crispy French Fried Onions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a 10″ cast iron skillet or small casserole dish, add the lean ground beef and press it down evenly.

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle the diced onions over the ground beef.

Layer the sliced potatoes on top in an even layer.

Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese evenly over the potatoes.
