Cool Whip Cookies

Made Cool Whip cookies and they were a delightful treat! So light and fluffy, they practically melted in our mouths. A new favorite in our cookie jar.


1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (any flavor)
1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
1 egg
1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, thawed Cool Whip, and egg. Mix until well blended.
Form the dough into small balls, then roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
Place the coated balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
