Lemon Glazed Lemon Bundt Cake Recipe


– 3 cups all-purpose flour

– 2 teaspoons baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

– 2 cups granulated sugar

– 4 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

– Zest of 2 lemons

– 1 cup buttermilk

Lemon Glaze:

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

– Zest of 1 lemon

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F and generously grease a bundt cake pan.

2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3️⃣ In a separate large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

4️⃣ Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest.

5️⃣ Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with buttermilk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

6️⃣ Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, smoothing the top.
